How to purchase a Gift Voucher
In store : Gift Vouchers may be purchased from our store at 106 Hurstmere Road Takapuna, Auckland.
At the time of purchase your Gift Voucher will be filled in with the relevant details for the recipient and dated to expire six months from the date of purchase of the Gift Voucher.
We will record your details as the purchaser as well as the details of the recipient in our Gift Voucher register.
An order will be created and emailed to you so that you have a record of your purchase.

Your Gift Voucher will be filled in with the relevant details for the recipient and dated to expire six months from the date of purchase of the Gift Voucher.
We will record your details as the purchaser as well as the details of the recipient in our Gift Voucher register.
Once the Gift Voucher details have been finalised we will send you an order with a link to pay.
Once the order has been paid for we will courier the Gift Voucher to you, or directly to the recipient as required.
Redeeming a Gift Voucher
In store : Please bring your Gift Voucher with you and present it at the time of your purchase.
If your purchase is covered in full by the Gift Voucher value then there will be nothing to pay. If there is an additional charge for your purchase you may pay for it in store in the normal way.
If your purchase is less than the value of the Gift Voucher we will make a note on your account of the remaining value which you may then use against a future purchase.
Please note that any future purchases using the remainder of the Gift Voucher value must be completed on or before the expiry date of the gift Voucher.
On the website : In order to use your Gift Voucher for an online purchase please contact us FIRST either by telephone, 0211 027 309 or email, hello@capricho.co.nz to discuss your purchasing needs.

If your purchase is less than the value of the Gift Voucher we will make a note on your account of the remaining value which you may then use against a future purchase.

Please Note :
- Gift Vouchers are never transferable to another party, nor are they redeemable for cash.
- Gift Vouchers must be used on or before the expiry date that is recorded on the Gift Voucher.
