At Capricho all of our products have been selected because of their quality and because they are made to last. We hope that you love your product but if for any reason you are not happy, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to discuss your needs.
Warranty
WOUD
All WOUD Furniture and Lighting products come with a manufacturers warranty of 24 months for manufacturing faults or defects, from the date of original delivery to the purchasing customer. In the event there is a proven defect, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, whichever is the most efficient and effective option.
Please note that the warranty does not cover, breakages or improper use, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, damage due to an accident and any changes caused by environmental factors.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since you purchased the item unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging.
Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts will not be considered for return.
Any Bed, Bath or Kitchen Linens, Sleepwear or Bathrobes that have been washed will not be considered for a return unless it is deemed to be faulty.
Items for return should be brought to our store at 106 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland for inspection. If you are outside of Auckland and not able to come to the store, please contact us to discuss the issue and any next steps.
Refunds (if applicable)
Change of mind is not grounds for a refund but we are happy to issue a store credit for future purchases on returned goods where there is prior agreement to do so.
Once we have inspected the returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you find that your item is not fit for purpose, please return the item within the return period and we will work with you to identify the correct replacement item to meet your needs.
Capricho will replace any goods that are deemed to be faulty on inspection at no extra cost to the customer.
Shipping
To return your item by post please contact us at hello@capricho.co.nz to arrange shipping.
All return shipping costs, other than those for goods that have been deemed to be faulty, will be at your responsibility and cost.
If you are shipping an item over $90 please use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
